How it started
I was born the only daughter and the youngest of three children to my beautiful and loving mother, Patricia Ann Jordan. February 10th, 2017, my two older brothers and I watched my mother earn her wings and crown of glory. It was the most challenging day of my life. With Christ, family, and friends, I was able to overcome. Since that day, I have spent countless hours sharing my tears and memories with others who have crossed this same bridge. After speaking with a very close friend, one I consider a sister named Angela, we decided it was time to do something about it. Thus, "My Mother's Hands" was born. She suggested we have a group where we could meet and share our tears and feelings. So here we are. "My Mother's hands have been developed to give those without mothers a place to find peace and rest for their hurt. It is where you can learn to live again without your mother! I am very excited Angela listened to her heart.
Our Mission
To provide care, support, and essential resources for bereaved children and adults, allowing them to create a foundation for hope, healing, and survival after losing their mother.
Vision
It is that every grieving adult, child and family will never suffer alone in silence and will find others that can help them find hope, healing and live life again without their mother physically here.

Patricia A. Jordan Scholarship
In collaboration with My Mother’s Hands Inc., My Mother’s Hands announces the 2024 Patricia A. Jordan Scholarship Awards. It will be awarded to eligible Seniors attending a high school in the region of Sacramento and surrounding areas. Youth that are eligible should apply & should contact the My Mother’s Hands.
